1. Return Eligibility

Unopened Products Only: We accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. But, if you still think the problem is with us, please contact us. We are trying our level best to give customer satisfaction and do believe in our Pallapatti People.
Return Period: Returns must be initiated ASAP (expecting with in 24 hours) from the time of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact our team ASAP.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

You can use the Return option in your order if you know how to use it. or you can Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
Provide your order details.
Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete the return process.

3. Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for products returned in accordance with our return policy.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via cash or UPI as per availability.
Processing Time: We would like to refund ASAP via UPI or Cash. But if it is a peak hour, we will refund you once we are crossing your street Insha Allah.

4. Exceptions

Non-Returnable Products: Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products, are not eligible for return.
Late Returns: Returns initiated beyond the allowed return period will not be accepted.

5. No Questions Asked Policy

We believe in our Pallapatti People, so we offer a “No Questions Asked” return policy for unopened products. If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the return without any further inquiry. Don’t be embarrassed, your continuous support is important for us.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

We planned to provide free delivery even if it is a small order. But, we are requesting our customers to consider to add all your needs in single shipping to help us to reduce delivery expenses.
